Bio: Melba Boyd chair of the Africana Studies at Wayne State University and has published multiple books, including many poetry books. She is also the sister of John Percy Boyd and first cousin to Hayward Brown.

Bio: Willie Bell was a African American police officer during the time STRESS was active. He served on the Detroit Police Department for 32 years, was former president for the Guardians Police Association, Former President of the National Black Police Officers Association, and is currently running for State Representative in Detroit.
